What if I or my users want to return or cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from whom you or your users purchased from. If you or your users return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any cash back rewards earned from that sale.

Returns (also deemed as exchanges) make cash back rewards ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the merchant cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, HelpingTheWeb.com commission gets reversed and a new commission is not established because the merchant has created the new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through HelpingTheWeb.com - but placed through the merchant directly). Because of this, the merchant will not pay us the commission, which means we have no cash back rewards to pass on to you.

To avoid losing the cash back rewards - In future transactions, please make sure all returns are final and that it is not an exchange. Have the merchant refund your credit card, and then re-place the order through us to receive the cash back rewards.

Can I use Medicare to make purchases on HelpingTheWeb.com merchant sites?
No, Medicare purchases are not eligible for cash back rewards.

Why do we need to wait 3 months to get my payment?
You need to wait 3 months because of the different return polices different merchants have. Some merchants may have 30-day return policies and others may have 75-day return policies. When you return, cancel, etc… a product from a merchant they take away the commission from us. To correctly send out the right amount of cash back we owe our members we must wait 3 months.

What is the payment schedule?
On the 14th/15th of the month we start sending out payments for valid purchases. A valid purchase is a purchase made about 3 months ago from the 14th/15th of the month. For example, any cash back made up to January 14th will be sent out on April 14th. Any cash back made up to February 14th will be sent out on May 14th, and so on.

What is the minimum balance we must have to receive cash back rewards?
You must have a minimum of $5.00 in your balance for us to send your cash back rewards. If your balance is less then $5.00 we will roll it over to the next month.
